Guest rooms in this hotel are equipped with Wireless (Wi-fi) High-Speed internet Access. Wi-fi is also available in public areas in the hotel. To use service, simply turn on your Wi-fi enabled device and connect to either the ‘attwifi’ or ‘hhonors’ SSID, open your Internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari), then follow the sign-on instructions. Once the connection to the internet is established, you can proceed with your desired activities.
Wired Access:
To use this service, begin with your computer off. Connect the High speed Internet (Ethernet) cable in the guest room to the Ethernet port in your laptop. Turn on your computer, open your Internet browser (e.g. Internet Explorer, Firefox, Safari), then follow the sign-on instructions. Once the connection to the Internet is established, you can proceed with your desired activities.

‘’Page Cannot be Displayed’’
– If you open your browser and receive this error message, it may just be your default web page that cannot be displayed. Check for internet connectivity by typing any valid Internet website, such as www.msn.com or www.yahoo.com in your address bar. If you still cannot connect, contact StayConnected Customer Care.
‘’HTTP Proxy Error’’
– If you open your browser and receive this error message, uncheck any Proxy settings in your browser. Check for these in Tools, Internet Options, Connections, and LAN Settings.
If you are using a wired connection, the Ethernet cable plugged into your PC may connect to a modem (on the desk or plugged into a wall nearby). If you see modem and can easily examine it, verify that the lights are on and that the unit is plugged into an electrical outlet. The phone line should be connected to the wall on one end to the DSL port on the modem end. Verify all cables are connected, i.e. power and Ethernet.
